Cultural Heritage Preservation Act Article 31

Monuments, historic buildings, commemorative buildings, and groups of buildings that are public or subsidized by the government shall be open to the public to an appropriate extent.Fees may be collected from visitors to monuments, historic buildings, commemorative buildings, and groups of buildings open to the public in accordance with the preceding paragraph. Such fees shall be set by the owners, the users or the managers and be subject to the approval of the competent authority. For public historic monuments, historic buildings, commemorative buildings, and groups of buildings, the fees shall be set according to the relevant procedures set forth in the Charges and Fees Act.
