Soil and Groundwater Pollution Remediation Act Enforcement Rules Article 13
A special municipality or county (city) competent authority must include an investigation of pollution scope and pollution monitoring when adopting appropriate improvement measures pursuant to Article 13, Paragraph 2 of this Act.
