Soil and Groundwater Pollution Remediation Act Enforcement Rules Article 11
A special municipality or county (city) competent authority may, prior to requesting the central competent authority to approve announcement as a remediation site pursuant to Article 12, Paragraph 3 of this Act, dissolve control of a control site and make an announcement to that effect after implementation until soil and groundwater pollutant concentrations are less than the soil and groundwater pollution control standards.

直轄市、縣（市）主管機關依本法第十二條第三項規定報請中央主管機關審核公告為整治場址前，因代為執行致土壤、地下水污染物濃度低於土壤、地下水污染管制標準者，得解除控制場址之管制並公告之。
