Environmental Analysis Organization Management Regulations Article 1

These regulations are determined pursuant to Article 49, Paragraph 2 of the Air Pollution Control Act, Article 11, Paragraph 2 of the Indoor Air Quality Management Law, Article 20, Paragraph 2 of the Noise Pollution Control Act, Article 23, Paragraph 2 of the Water Pollution Control Act, Article 10, Paragraph 2 of the Soil and Groundwater Pollution Remediation Act, Article 43, Paragraph 2 of the Waste Disposal Act, Article 44, Paragraph 3 of the Toxic and Concerned Chemical Substances Control Act, Article 36, Paragraph 2 of the Environmental Chemical and Biological Agents Control Act, and Article 12-1, Paragraph 2 of the Drinking Water Management Statutes, and Article 41, Paragraph 2 of Climate Change Response Act.
