Environmental agent manufacturers, environmental agent vendors, or pest control operators shall require their professional technicians or deputies to observe the following requirements:I. Supervise professional technicians or deputies to perform duties stipulated in Article 4 to Article 6, and shall not engage in acts as stipulated in the preceding articles.II. Pursuant to Article 10, supervise the stationing of professional technicians on site within working hours prescribed by the Labor Standards Act and supervise performance of dedicated duties set forth in Article 4 to Article 6.III. Pursuant to Article 11, prepare records of leave, which shall be retained for at least three years.

環境用藥製造業、環境用藥販賣業或病媒防治業應令專業技術人員或代理人，符合下列規定：
一、監督專業技術人員或代理人執行第四條至第六條所定業務，且不得有前條所定之行為。
二、依第十條規定，監督專業技術人員於勞動基準法所定工作時間內常駐在現場，並專職負責第四條至第六條所定業務。
三、依第十一條規定，應備有請假紀錄。
該請假紀錄應至少保存三年。
