Regulations Governing the Employment of Environmental Agent Professional Technicians Article 13
Professional technicians or their deputies shall not engage in the following acts:I. Be concurrently employed by different environmental agent manufacturers, environmental agent vendors, or pest control operators.II. Allow others to use their names to be fraudulently employed.III. Knowingly record false entries or falsify documents in the course of employment.

專業技術人員或代理人，不得有下列之行為：
一、同一時間設置於不同之環境用藥製造業、環境用藥販賣業或病媒防治業。
二、使他人利用其名義虛偽設置。
三、明知為不實之事項而紀錄不實或於業務上作成之文書為虛偽記載。
