Regulations Governing the Employment of Environmental Agent Professional Technicians Article 12

Those who have acquired an environmental agent professional technician certificate and have not been employed as an environmental agent professional technician in accordance with the law for three consecutive years or more shall complete re-training in accordance with the provisions of the central competent authority within six months from the day after reporting for duty.Environmental agent manufacturers, environmental agent vendors, or pest control operators may not reject, evade, or hinder the participation of their employed professional technicians in on-the-job training or re-training.After having employed for six months the environmental agent professional technicians described in Paragraph 1, environmental agent manufacturers, environmental agent vendors, or pest control operators shall submit the training documentation of environmental agent professional technicians to special municipality, county, or city competent authorities within 15 days, for future reference.If environmental agent manufacturers, environmental agent vendors, or pest control operators fail to complete the required submissions for future reference within the period prescribed in the preceding paragraph, special municipality, county, or city competent authorities shall revoke the employment approval of the said professional technician, the environmental agent manufacturers, environmental agent vendors, or pest control operators shall reapply for approval within 15 days in accordance with Article 7, Paragraph 1.The re-training in Paragraph 1 shall refer to the employment orientation training in Article 22 of the Regulations for the Training of Environmental Protection Dedicated Technical Personnel.
