Regulations Governing the Employment of Environmental Agent Professional Technicians Article 11
Professional technicians who are unable to be stationed on site for any reason shall prepare records of leave or other proof documents for reference.Professional technicians who have failed to report for duty for more than thirty days within half a year (excluding days for rest and leaves stipulated in the Labor Standards Act) or who have been discovered three times within a year by the competent authorities to not be in compliance with the requirements in the preceding paragraph, shall not continue to be employed as professional technicians in any category (environmental agent manufacturers, environmental agent vendors, or pest control operators). Environmental agent manufacturers, environmental agent vendors, or pest control operators must reapply for employment approval from special municipality, county, or city competent authorities within 30 days after the date of occurrence.

環境用藥製造業、環境用藥販賣業或病媒防治業並應於事實發生後三十日內向直轄市、縣（市）主管機關重新申請核定設置。
