The enterprise or sewage system that uses soil to treat wastewater or sewage shall act as follows, in addition to reporting pursuant to Articles 73 to 75:I. The type of the crop, the number of head per hectare, and the area of the soil for treatment on a monthly basis.II. The quality of the water discharged into the soil, the volume of water on the testing day, and the monthly volume of water discharged into the soil.III. Soil and groundwater monitoring information.IV. The monthly operating frequency of solid-liquid separation facilities.

中文原文水污染防治措施及檢測申報管理辦法第82條

事業或污水下水道系統採土壤處理廢（污）水者，除應依第七十三條至第七十五條規定申報外，並應依下列規定辦理：
一、每月作物種類、每公頃飼養頭數及土壤處理面積。
二、排放於土壤之水質與檢測當日之水量及每月排放土壤之水量。
三、土壤及地下水監測資料。
四、每月固液分離設施之操作頻率。
