Water Pollution Control Measures and Test Reporting Management Regulations Article 74
The enterprise or sewage system that treats wastewater or sewage using wastewater or sewage treatment/pre-treatment facilities and meets one of the following requirements shall act as follows, in addition to reporting pursuant to the preceding article:I. The enterprise or sewage system that makes use of its redundant capacity to treat under commission wastewater or sewage not produced by it shall have the following contents in its report:(I) The volume of the wastewater or sewage that it produces and the redundant capacity on a monthly basis.(II) The industry from which it accepts wastewater or sewage and the cumulative volume of the wastewater or sewage that it has treated on a monthly basis.II. The enterprise or sewage system that dilutes wastewater or sewage shall have the following contents in its report:(I) The quality of the water used for the dilution and the volume of water on the testing day.(II) The source and volume of water used for the dilution on a monthly basis.(III) The quantity and location of the dilution tubes and points.III. For the commissioned operator, the designation of such commissioned operator, the name of the person implementing the commissioned operation, and any change of such person.

事業或污水下水道系統採廢（污）水（前）處理設施處理廢（污）水，且有下列情形之一者，除依前條規定申報外，並應依下列規定辦理：
一、以餘裕量受託處理非屬其自行產生之廢（污）水者，申報內容如下：
（一）每月處理自行產生之廢（污）水量及其餘裕量。
（二）每月收受廢（污）水來源之業別及已累積受託處理之廢（污）水量。
二、採稀釋廢（污）水者，申報內容如下：
（一）稀釋用水之水質及檢測當日之水量。
（二）每月稀釋用水之來源、水量。
（三）稀釋管線、稀釋口之數量、位置。
三、委託代操作者，其代操作者之名稱、代操作人員姓名及異動情形。
