Water Pollution Control Measures and Test Reporting Management Regulations Article 43
For recycling of wastewater or sewage, independent and exclusive cumulative water measurement facilities shall be set up after wastewater or sewage is produced and treated, while independent and exclusive cumulative water measurement facilities shall be set up for the recycle before it takes place.Wastewater or sewage treatment/pre-treatment facilities or storage facilities shall be set up for wastewater or sewage recycle to store it before the recycle takes place.

回收使用廢（污）水者，應於廢（污）水產生及處理後，設置獨立專用累計型水量計測設施；回收前，設置回收使用之獨立專用累計型水量計測設施。
廢（污）水回收使用者，應於回收使用前，設置廢（污）水（前）處理設施或貯留設施，貯存廢（污）水。
