The recycled wastewater or sewage referred to in the preceding may be discharged into surface water bodies only when it meets the effluent standard. However, recycled wastewater or sewage to be used for cleaning the offices, staff dormitories, and other activity venues in the work environment shall meet the effluent standard for building sewage treatment facilities.Physical contact with the recycled wastewater or sewage referred to in the preceding paragraph shall be avoided so as not to affect the health of staff.

前條回收使用後之水應符合放流水標準，始得排放於地面水體。
但回收使用作為沖洗作業環境內辦公場所、員工宿舍及其他活動場所之室內用水，應符合建築物污水處理設施之放流水標準。
前項回收使用之廢（污）水應避免與人體接觸影響健康。
