Water Pollution Control Measures and Test Reporting Management Regulations Article 12
The entities engaging in recycling, dilution, Commissioned Treatment or designated by a competent authority shall, in an upstream position of the wastewater or sewage treatment facilities, install independent and exclusive cumulative inflow water measurement facilities.Where wastewater or sewage treatment/pre-treatment facilities are set up jointly for treatment of wastewater or sewage, it shall be transported through pipes or ditches.

廢（污）水回收使用、稀釋、受託處理或經主管機關指定者，應於廢（污）水處理設施前，設置進流水獨立專用累計型水量計測設施。
