Monetary substitution specified in Article 24 and the previous article and carbon fees in Article 282. Proceeds from Article 25 and Article 363. Proceeds from allowances auctioned or sold pursuant to Article 354. Government grants via budget appropriation5. Donations received from persons, liable entities or organizations6. Other revenue

中文原文溫室氣體減量及管理法第32條

中央主管機關應成立溫室氣體管理基金，基金來源如下：
一、第二十四條與前條之代金及第二十八條之碳費。
二、第二十五條及第三十六條之手續費。
三、第三十五條拍賣或配售之所得。
四、政府循預算程序之撥款。
五、人民、事業或團體之捐贈。
六、其他之收入。
