Long-Term Care Services Act Article 62
Agencies (institutions), legal persons, organizations, cooperatives, and firms that have been engaged in the long-term care services prescribed in this Act in accordance with other laws prior to the implementation of this Act may continue to provide long-term care services under the original applicable laws. However, the certification, continuing education, registration, and penalties for the personnel actually performing these long-term care services shall be governed by the provisions of this Act.
