Long-Term Care Services Act Article 61
Personnel who have been engaged in the long-term care services prescribed in this Act in accordance with other laws prior to the implementation of this Act may continue to provide long-term care services for two years following the implementation of this Act, and shall not be subject to the restrictions of Paragraph 1 of Article 18.Matters concerning the training courses for the aforementioned personnel, the integration of such courses with those prior to the implementation of this Act, the transition of original certifications, and the recognition standards shall be determined by the Central Competent Authority.

本法施行前，已依其他法律規定，從事本法所定長照服務之人員，於本法施行後二年內，得繼續從事長照服務，不受第十八條第一項規定之限制。
