Long-Term Care Services Act Article 40
The competent authority shall establish quality standards for long-term care services based on the following principles:1. Person-centered care, providing appropriate and tailored services.2. Transparency and public disclosure of information.3. Participation of representatives from family caregiver groups.4. Consideration of cultural diversity.5. Assurance of quality of care and quality of life.
