Long-Term Care Services Act Article 39-1
The competent authority shall dispatch personnel to inspect any premises where long-term care services are being provided without the establishment permit required under Article 23. The party being inspected shall not evade, obstruct, or refuse the inspection, and shall provide all necessary documents, data, or other assistance.When performing the aforementioned inspection, the personnel of the competent authority shall present official identification or display signs sufficient for identification.The competent authority shall refer or relocate the service recipients of the unauthorized provider mentioned in the first paragraph; the provider of said long-term care services shall cooperate fully.

主管機關對未依第二十三條規定許可設立而提供長照服務者，應派員進入該場所檢查。
受檢查者不得規避、妨礙或拒絕，並應提供必要之文件、資料或其他協助。
主管機關人員執行前項檢查時，應出示有關執行職務之證明文件或顯示足資辨別之標誌。
主管機關對於第一項提供長照服務者之服務對象，應予轉介或安置；該提供長照服務者應予配合。
