Long-Term Care Services Act Article 32-2
A contracted long-term care unit shall, for its employed long-term care personnel, handle the enrollment in Labor Insurance, Labor Occupational Accident Insurance, Employment Insurance, and National Health Insurance, and shall make monthly pension contributions in accordance with the Labor Insurance Act, Labor Occupational Accident Insurance and Protection Act, Employment Insurance Act, National Health Insurance Act, and Labor Pension Act.A contracted long-term care unit shall ensure that the labor conditions of its long-term care personnel comply with all relevant labor laws and regulations.

長照特約單位應為所僱長照人員，依勞工保險條例、勞工職業災害保險及保護法、就業保險法、全民健康保險法及勞工退休金條例規定，辦理參加勞工保險、勞工職業災害保險、就業保險及全民健康保險，並按月提繳退休金。
長照特約單位應確保其長照人員之勞動條件符合勞動有關法規。
