Long-Term Care Services Act Article 32-1

Providers of long-term care services as prescribed in Articles 10 through 13 may enter into contracts with the special municipality or county (city) competent authorities to become contracted long-term care units.The regulations governing the eligibility requirements, application procedures, review criteria, contract terms, renewal conditions, grounds for non-contracting, handling of breaches, and other relevant matters for such contracted units shall be determined by the Central Competent Authority.
