Enforcement Rules of the Child and Juvenile Welfare and Rights Protection Act Article 16
The term “social workers” used in Article 61, Paragraph 2 of the Act shall include the following:1. Social workers and social work administrators, whether quota-based or contract-based, employed by the special municipality or county (city) competent authority.2. Social workers or licensed social workers employed by social welfare organizations or institutions entrusted by the special municipality or county (city) competent authority.3. Social workers at a medical care institution.

本法第六十一條第二項所定社會工作人員，包括下列人員：
一、直轄市、縣（市）主管機關編制內或聘僱之社會工作及社會行政人員。
二、受直轄市、縣（市）主管機關委託之社會福利團體、機構之社會工作人員或執業之社會工作師。
三、醫療機構之社會工作人員。
