The websites established by all levels of government agencies (institutes) and their subsidiary agencies (institutes), and schools shall obtain the first priority accessibility examination and receive the certificate marks.The central competent authorities in charge of specific business shall prescribe the examination criteria, methods, frequency, and certificate issuing rules mentioned in the above paragraph.
