The competent authorities of individual levels in charge of labor shall propose plans and establish by themselves or consolidate the resources of the private sectors to establish vocational evaluation, job accommodation and entrepreneurial guidance mentioned in Paragraph 2 of Article 33.Regulations on the implementation, qualification of professionals and subsidizations referred to in the preceding paragraph shall be prescribed by the central competent authorities in charge of labor.
