People with Disabilities Rights Protection Act Article 36
The competent authorities of individual levels in charge of labor shall coordinate with the individual competent authorities in charge of specific business and consolidate relevant resources to assist the sheltered workshops with the following:1. Operating and financial management;2. Market information, product promotion, and improvement and consultation of production technology;3. On-the-job training for employees; and4. Other necessary assistance.

各級勞工主管機關應協調各目的事業主管機關及結合相關資源，提供庇護工場下列輔導項目：
