Convention on the Rights of Persons with Disabilities Implementation Act Article 4
When exercising their authority, government agencies at all levels shall comply with the Convention's provisions on the protection of the rights of persons with disabilities, avoid infringing upon the rights of persons with disabilities, protect persons with disabilities from infringement by others, and actively promote the realization of all rights of persons with disabilities.

各級政府機關行使職權，應符合公約有關身心障礙者權利保障之規定，避免侵害身心障礙者權利，保護身心障礙者不受他人侵害，並應積極促進各項身心障礙者權利之實現。
