Convention on the Rights of Persons with Disabilities Implementation Act Article 3
In applying the provisions of the Convention, rules, regulations and administrative measures shall refer to the spirit of the Convention and the interpretations of the Convention by the United Nations Committee on the Rights of Persons with Disabilities.
