A caregiver shall meet one of the following qualifications:1. Holds a certificate of completion for training in caregiving service.2. Holds a technician certificate for caregiver.3. Graduated from a nursing or care service department, division, institute, or degree program of a senior or vocational high school or an institution of higher education.
