Amendments to the Regulations on Selection and Training of Professional Workers Providing Welfare Services for People with Disabilities Article 5
A life caregiver shall meet one of the following qualifications:1. Holds a certificate of completion for training in personal life caring.2. Holds the necessary qualifications for educare givers, trainers, or caregivers.3. Holds a technician certificate for caregiver or childcare service provider.4. Graduated from a nursing or care service department, division, institute, or degree program of a senior or vocational high school or an institution of higher education.

生活服務員應具下列資格之一：
一、領有生活照顧服務相關訓練結業證明書。
二、具教保員、訓練員或照顧服務員資格。
三、領有照顧服務員職類技術士證或保母人員職類技術士證。
四、高中（職）以上學校護理、照顧相關科、系、組、所、學位學程畢業。
