Regulations for the Establishment of Indoor Smoking Rooms Article 5
Smoking rooms shall have independent air conditioning units and be:1. Equipped with dedicated air intake and exhaust pipes connected to the outdoor space; and2. Operated in such a way that ensures an indoor negative pressure above 0.816 millimeter of water;3. Capable of ventilating more than ten times the space capacity of the smoking room per hour; and4. Furnished with a smoke outlet more than 5 meters away from any building or facilities where smoking are prohibited.

吸菸室之獨立空調，應符合下列規定：
一、有獨立連接室外空間之進氣、排氣管。
二、室內負壓達零點八一六毫米水柱以上。
三、室內換氣量每小時達吸菸室空間十倍以上。
四、排煙口距離禁止吸菸場所及任一建物五公尺以上。
