Regulations for the Establishment of Indoor Smoking Rooms Article 4
Smokings room shall be independently compartmentalized and be:1. Completely separated from any other indoor areas by the ceiling, floor and four sides; and2. Built using air-tight, fireproof materials in accordance with the fire regulations that no smoke can escape; and3. Furnished with parallel sliding doors that close automatically at the entrance/exit.

吸菸室之獨立隔間，應符合下列規定：
一、其上下方及前後左右四面，應與其他室內空間區隔。
二、隔間應使用不透氣、防火，符合消防法令之建材，且不得有菸煙逸出情事。
三、出入口使用平行移動，且能自動關閉之滑門。
