Regulations on Good Practices for Drug Dispensation Article 34
A pharmaceutical personnel shall label the following information on the container or package of any compounded drug:1. Name of the drug.2. Date of compounding.3. Beyond-use date.4. Storage conditions.For any compounded drug that is not used in any medical institution, the name and unit strength of each drug used for compounding shall also be labeled.

藥事人員應於調製藥品之容器或包裝，載明下列事項：
