Regulations on Good Practices for Drug Dispensation Article 33
When performing compounding, a pharmaceutical personnel shall complete appropriate training as required for the compounding practice, and shall be evaluated as competent for the operation by the medical institution or pharmacy with which such pharmaceutical personnel serves. The training shall include standard operating procedures for compounding.The implementation time and contents of the training and evaluation as described in the preceding Paragraph shall be made into records and the records shall be kept in writing or electronic form for at least three years by the medical institution or pharmacy.

藥事人員調製藥品，應依調製作業需求，完成適當訓練，並經所屬醫療機構或藥局評估，確認其足以勝任；其訓練內容，應包括調製標準作業程序。
前項訓練及評估之實施時間與內容，醫療機構或藥局應製作紀錄，至少保存三年，並以書面或電子化方式為之。
