The commissioned test agency shall provide a receipt and obligated to secure and store the specimen when receiving medicaments specimen for commission testing.The commissioned test agency shall provide a test analysis report after the test is completed; test result may be sent prior through electronic transmission according to the request of commission authority if necessary.

受託檢驗者於接受委託檢驗之藥物檢體時，應出具收據，並負檢體保管義務。
受託檢驗者完成檢驗後，應出具檢驗報告書；必要時，得依委託機關要求，先以電子方式傳送檢驗結果。
