Pharmaceutical Affairs Act Article 33
Salespersons employed by a pharmaceutical firm shall be permitted to promote the sales only after their employment has been registered with the municipality or county (city) competent health authority.The salespersons referred to in the preceding paragraph shall be limited to promoting the drugs manufactured or sold by the pharmaceutical firm at which they are employed to pharmacies, pharmaceutical firms, health and medical care institutions, or medical research institutions and those which have been approved and registered to the competent health authority to retail drugs, and shall not commit acts of peddling, street vending, breaking seal of medicament or repackage medicament without authorization, or illegal advertisement.

藥商僱用之推銷員，應由該業者向當地之直轄市、縣（市）衛生主管機關登記後，方准執行推銷工作。
前項推銷員，以向藥局、藥商、衛生醫療機構、醫學研究機構及經衛生主管機關准予登記為兼售藥物者推銷其受僱藥商所製售或經銷之藥物為限，並不得有沿途推銷、設攤出售或擅將藥物拆封、改裝或非法廣告之行為。
