Pharmaceutical Affairs Act Article 32
Medical device dealers or manufacturers shall employ qualified technicians according to the relevant categories of medical devices.The categories of medical devices and the qualification requirements of technicians set forth in the preceding paragraph shall be established by the central competent health authority.
