Pharmaceutical Affairs Act Article 34

A pharmacy shall obtain a pharmacy license and shall have the status and the name of the managing person thereof marked at a conspicuous place in the pharmacy. The provisions of the first paragraph of Article 27 hereof shall apply mutatis mutandis to the registration of its establishment and/or alteration of particulars registered.Where a pharmacy is concurrently engaged in business in the second paragraph of Article 19, it shall be subject to the relevant provisions governing pharmaceutical firms without obtaining a separate business permit for a pharmaceutical firm.
