Law:: Regulations Governing Drug Abuse Urine Testing Operations

These Regulations shall come into force on 9 January 2004.The amended articles hereof shall come into force as of the day of promulgation except Article 1 and Article 10-1 to Article 10-3 amended on 25 December 2020 shall come into force on July 1, 2021.

本準則修正條文，除中華民國一百零九年十二月二十五日修正發布之第一條、第十條之一至第十條之三，自一百十年七月一日施行外，自發布日施行。
