No health food labeling or advertisement shall contain false or exaggerated claims, and the health claims shall not exceed the approved scope and must align with the content registered with the central competent authority.Health food labeling or advertisement shall not imply or suggest any medical efficacy.

健康食品之標示或廣告不得有虛偽不實、誇張之內容，其宣稱之保健效能不得超過許可範圍，並應依中央主管機關查驗登記之內容。
