Regulations on Good Hygiene Practice for Food Article 50
For the provisions from Article 45 to the preceding Article, the implementation dates for the manufacture of food utensils, containers, or packages, excluding manufacturers of plastic products, are as follows:1.For non-plastic manufacturing factories with a capital amount of NT$30 million or more, the Regulations shall take effect three years after the revision and promulgation of these Regulations on June 4, 2025.2.For other non-plastic manufacturers not covered by the preceding subparagraph, the Regulations shall take effect five years after the revision and promulgation of these Regulations on June 4, 2025.
中文原文 食品良好衛生規範準則第50條
第四十五條至前條規定，食品器具、容器或包裝製造業，除塑膠類製造業外，其施行日期如下：
一、非塑膠類之製造工廠，其資本額新臺幣三千萬以上者，自本準則中華民國一百十四年六月四日修正發布後三年施行。
二、前款以外之非塑膠類製造業，自本準則一百十四年六月四日修正發布後五年施行。
