Act Governing Food Safety and Sanitation Article 23
In the event that labeling pursuant to the preceding article proves difficult due to the dimensions, materials or other special circumstances of the food container or external packaging, the central competent authority may exempt certain labeling requirements or permit alternative labeling methods through a public announcement.
