Act Governing Food Safety and Sanitation Article 16
Food utensils, food containers or packaging, food cleansers under any of the following circumstances shall not be manufactured, sold, imported, exported or used:1. those that are toxic;2. those that tend to cause adverse chemical reactions;3. those that are sufficient to harm health; or4. those that may pose a risk to health through the risk assessment results.

食品器具、食品容器或包裝、食品用洗潔劑有下列情形之一，不得製造、販賣、輸入、輸出或使用：
一、有毒者。
二、易生不良化學作用者。
三、足以危害健康者。
四、其他經風險評估有危害健康之虞者。
