Food business operators falling under a category and scale designated by the central competent authority in a public announcement shall appoint sanitation control personnel.The regulations governing the qualifications, training, duties, and other matters to be complied with for the sanitation control personnel of the preceding paragraph shall be prescribed by the central competent authority.

經中央主管機關公告類別及規模之食品業者，應置衛生管理人員。
