When the pharmaceutical firm is suspended, the certificate shall be returned and custodied by the local competent health authority, and which shall be returned after resumption of business is approved.When the pharmaceutical firm is terminated, the certificate shall be returned; If the certificate is not returned, shall be cancelled by the central competent health authority.

藥商停業時，應將原領之證明文件交付當地衛生主管機關保管，俟復業時發還。
藥商歇業時，應返還原領之證明文件；未返還者，由中央衛生主管機關註銷之。
