Regulation for the Issuance and Management of Western Pharmaceuticals Distribution Licenses and Certificates Article 10
The pharmaceutical firm who applied the certificate, but the western pharmaceuticals distribution license was revoked by the central competent health authority, shall return the the certificate within 15 days of the start of the abolishment; If the certificate has not been returned by the appointed time, shall be cancelled.

藥商經中央衛生主管機關廢止西藥運銷許可，有申領證明文件者，應自受處分之日起十五日內，返還其證明文件；屆期未返還者，註銷之。
