Regulations Governing Awards for the Control of Communicable Diseases Article 6
Those who meet one of the following conditions shall be issued a reporting bonus of NT$ 2,500 per case:1. Persons who come forward to the competent authorities for the screening of communicable diseases that have been designated by the central competent authority and are verified as a case by the competent authorities;2. Persons other than medical personnel who, upon detection of cases of communicable diseases designated by the central competent authority, report on own initiative and the cases are verified by the competent authorities.

符合下列情形之一，每例得發給通報獎金新臺幣二千五百元：
一、主動至主管機關接受經中央主管機關指定之傳染病檢體篩檢，並經主管機關證實為病例之民眾。
二、醫事人員以外之其他人員發現經中央主管機關指定之傳染病病例，主動通報並經主管機關證實者。
