Regulations Governing Awards for the Control of Communicable Diseases Article 7
When persons are entitled to reporting bonuses of varied amounts, the highest amount shall be issued.When two or more persons report the same case, bonus shall be issued to the first person reporting; when the case is reported simultaneously by them, the bonus shall be evenly issued to them.

通報病例之人得領不同額度之通報獎金時，以最高額發給之。
二人以上通報同一病例，以先通報者為發給對象；同時通報者，依其得領獎金平均發給之。
