Regulations Governing Quarantine at Ports Article 26
For the management of the entering and exiting (boundaries) of remains, death certificates or other certificates of reasons of death shall be presented to the quarantine unit for application of quarantine; for deaths due to communicable diseases, they shall be handled in accordance with the Communicable Diseases Control Act.Ashes, bones may be enter, exit country (boundaries) without quarantine.

辦理屍體入、出國（境）者，應於入、出國（境）前，檢具死亡證明書或其他證明死因之文件，向檢疫單位申請檢疫；其因罹患傳染病致死者，應依傳染病防治法處理。
