Regulations Governing Quarantine at Ports Article 25
Competent authorities at various levels shall safe-keep the personal information collected by way of quarantine, shall not release without reasons, they shall be handled under encryption.Competent authorities at various levels, with a view to assess and control the hazards of public health, may manage and use the personal information of the preceding Paragraph, it should be guaranteed that it is used for the purpose of quarantine.

各級主管機關對於因檢疫而蒐集之個人資料，應予保密，不得無故洩漏，並加密處理。
各級主管機關為評估及防治公共衛生危害，得處理及利用前項個人資料，並應以確保符合檢疫目的之方式為之。
