Regulations Governing Quarantine at Ports Article 10
Inbound ships arriving at international ports from foreign countries (boundaries) shall submit the following information to the quarantine authority to complete the port entry quarantine formalities:1. Ship Declaration of Health;2. Ports of call;3. Ship Sanitation Certificate;4. Other information necessary for quarantine.The following types of ships may be exempted from submitting the documents specified in Subparagraphs 1 to 3 above:1. Yachts under 500 tons;2. Barges without power;3. Fishing boats other than those for deep-sea fishing.The quarantine authority may dispatch personnel to inspect the sanitary conditions of the ship if necessary.

國（境）外進入國際港埠之船舶，應檢具下列資料，向檢疫單位完成進入港埠檢疫手續：
一、船舶健康聲明書。
二、航程表。
三、船舶衛生證明書。
四、其他檢疫必要之資料。
下列船舶，得免檢具前項第一款至第三款資料：
一、總噸位五百噸以下遊艇。
二、無動力駁船。
三、遠洋漁船以外之漁船。
檢疫單位於必要時，得派員檢查船舶之衛生狀況。
