Regulations Governing Quarantine at Ports Article 11
A ship must, prior to departing from an international port, obtain permission from the quarantine authority before proceeding with the exit and customs clearance formalities.The quarantine authority may grant the exit permit concurrently with the entry permit to a ship, provided that, based on the report specified in Article 9 herein, it deems that the ship poses no risk of transmitting communicable diseases.

船舶於駛離國際港埠前，應經檢疫單位許可，始得辦理出港及結關申報手續。
檢疫單位依第九條通報內容，認為船舶無散播傳染病之虞時，得於許可入港時，一併許可其出港。
